A Little Introduction;

I have been working in the service industry since 1995 and I get a lot or pleasure from ‘making the difference’ in peoples lives whether it’s maintaining conditions or improving conditions.

I have undertaken training courses in the provision of health and safety, risk assessment and The Control Of Substances Hazardous To Health (COSHH), basically working in a safe secure environment.

I have undertaken training provided by The NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association).

My business now involves the cleaning of carpets & upholstery in both domestic and commercial properties.

I am a great believer in treating people as I would like to be treated, I also work on the standard of: would I be happy with that if it was mine or more importantly what would my wife or moms impression be?
